By installing or using AIReadinessAIQ (“the app”) you agree to these terms.
The service
The app measures how readable your product data is to AI shopping assistants and generates AI-assisted suggestions you can review and save. The app is designed to help AI assistants understand your products. It does not guarantee rankings, citations, visibility, traffic, or sales in any assistant or search engine.
Your content and review
You are responsible for the product content that publishes to your store. AI suggestions are generated from your existing product data and may add descriptive detail. No AI suggestion is saved until you review and approve it. You should verify all content before saving.
AI credits and billing
- Plans: Free ($0), Starter ($4.99/mo, 90 credits), Growth ($9.99/mo, 260 credits), Pro ($19.99/mo, 525 credits). All paid charges are processed by Shopify.
- One AI credit is consumed per AI fix saved; the AI readability scan uses 1 credit per 10 products checked. Catalog scans and the AI Readiness Score are free on every plan.
- Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Extra usage beyond your allowance on a paid plan is billed at $0.07 to $0.15 per credit, depending on plan, through Shopify.
- Free-plan installs receive 10 one-time sample credits at no charge. Sample credits are non-refundable, do not transfer to paid plans, and are not a Shopify billing charge.
- Cancel at any time through Shopify.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access for misuse.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the app in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
